Random Happenings 2

Having felt like I’ve not blogged much for a while, here is a selection of things that have been happening recently:

• We released Thunderbird 3.0 beta 1
• There are some great experimental extensions to take a look at.
• Lightning has now fixed task display updates (on trunk builds) so that adding/changing tasks refreshes the display straight away again.
• We have resolved our problems with TUnit and Leak and Bloat intermittently failing on the Thunderbird tinderbox tree.
• I’ve been working on integrating MozMill into our Leak and Bloat scripts. This still needs one issue resolving then some tidy up, hoping to get it done in the next week or so.
• I’ve now doing more intensive work on migrating MailNews to the toolkit password manager. Unit tests and our fake servers have been a great help here.
